Terms of Service for using the App with Wiseapp LLC

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the App.


  1. Developed and owned by Wiseapp LLC, WiseAero is used exclusively by the Client's Wise International Support Expert LLC.

  2. These Terms of Service are only for the use of the app, which is limited to facilitating creating a Fuel Release order with Wise International Support Expert LLC. Therefore, none of the conditions or agreements in this document relate to the sale of fuel itself. This is because they have already been negotiated between Wise International Support Expert LLC and the client, under the Agreement with Wise International Support Expert LLC

Use of the app

  1. You may use the App for its intended purpose. This is to provide existing clients of Wise International Support Expert LLC with an easy and straightforward way to create fuel release orders.

  2. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

  3. You may not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.

  4. You agree not to copy, distribute, or disseminate the data provided by the app to any third parties. The data is solely for your own use and may not be used for any other purpose.


You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


  1. In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Account Deletion

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can do this by using the cancellation link provided within our Application, or by contacting our Support team at [email protected]. An email request to cancel your account is not automatically considered cancellation.

  2. All of your content will be inaccessible from the Services immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all content will be permanently deleted from active systems and logs and backups. We cannot recover this information once it has been permanently deleted. If you want to export any data before your account is canceled, you can request it to our Support team.

  3. Take into account that the reference number, amount and dates of the Fuel Release orders will be keep in our records only for accounting purpose, but this information won't be linked to your profile.

  4. Deleting your user account will delete your data from WiseAero and you will no longer be a user of the WiseAero app. However, it does not affect your client relationship with Wise International Support Expert LLC, which you will need to manage separately.

  5. Since you must be a client of Wise International Support Expert LLC to use WiseAero, we reserve the right to delete your account if Wise International Support Expert LLC orders us to do so for any reason. Any issues arising from this deletion will need to be resolved with Wise International Support Expert LLC.

  6. Wiseapp LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, deny access to our Services, and delete all content in your account at any time for any reason, including to protect the integrity of our Services and combat any nefarious activity.

Support and help

  1. We give support and help about everything related with the use or any problem of the App trought our email address [email protected].

  2. As WiseAero is only available to clients of Wise International Support Expert LLC, any issues with your Fuel Release order (e.g. pricing, status) must be resolved through negotiation with that company. Contact them if you have any issues with your order.

Uptime and security

  1. We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use of them is at your own risk. We do not offer service-level agreements.

  2. We take the uptime of our application seriously. Visit status.wise.aero to check the uptime of our application.

  3. We may temporarily disable accounts whose usage exceeds the average, but will reach out to the account owner first, except in rare cases where it negatively impacts the Service for other users.

  4. We protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption, and enforce encryption for data transmission from the public Internet. Within our firewalled private networks, data may be transferred unencrypted. For more information, please see the "Data security" section in our Privacy Policy.

  5. Our application databases are not usually encrypted at rest, and the information you add to the applications is active and subject to the same protection and monitoring as the rest of our systems.

Intellectual property

  1. The App and all content and materials contained on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wiseapp LLC or its licensors. They are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

  2. You may not use any content or materials on the App for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Wiseapp LLC.

App updates

Wiseapp LLC may from time to time provide updates to the App. These updates may include bug fixes, added features, and/or updated versions of the App. You agree to receive such updates automatically and acknowledge that these Terms will apply to all such updates.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wiseapp LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

Limitation of liability

  1. Wiseapp LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  2. In no event shall Wiseapp LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Wiseapp LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data processing agreement

These Service Terms incorporate the Wiseapp LLC Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") when the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies to your use of Wiseapp LLC Services to process Customer Data as defined in the DPA.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Wyoming/United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.


At WiseAero, we take your privacy very seriously and have put measures in place to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your information as described in that policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Changes to these terms

Wiseapp LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
